I use Emule but I don´t have a router. The option on emule that opens the ports in Windows Xp firewall, works for me. I have a High Id while connected.
If I where you, I would buy a SACD player just for the Surround Layer of the Ziggy Stardust SACD. Freaking amazing!! It has more than 30 years and sounds great. Lady Stardust..I could cry in that song.
I think if you really need it you can search it on a P2p software under "backing track". I´ve found many files that are only the music, is like a perfect karaoke. BTW, is Watzing Matilda the same song that Rod Stewart plays in his Unplugged?.
Thanks for the review. I have the TX-DS494 (a previous model) and I wanted to here reviews about the new line of the entry Onkyo line. Don´t you have by any chance a review from the 494?
From Santiago, Chile to Hamburg, Germany last year, to a Stones concert. 100 euros the ticket :frowning: It was my first time that I saw the Stones. I was 18.
It sounds far better than mp3 or OGG, IMO. SHN is also a good format. Is supposed to be smaller than WAV but exactly in quality because it´s not a lossless scheme.
I have heard Quadral speakers. I dont remember the model, but they were bookshelfs and they where like 10 years old. They sound really great. Hope it helps.
Does it counts in spanish? About the 40th anniversary of The Beatles in the US. "el primer galardón por Disco de Oro que obtuvo la banda en su primer viaje a Estados Unidos. El trofeo recibido en 1964 fue el reflejo del primer millón de discos vendidos por "Meet the Beatles". It means...
Hi, I have the N38, and I made myself some things to lift them up. They are now 11 cm higher than before. The sound is much better, i guess becasue of being the tweeter and midrange nearer to my ears. It was pretty cheap to make them, like 8 bucks good luck, Francisco
Nobody makes better things than Germany and Japan. Are you going to say that a Mercedes made in the US is going to be sell in Germany?? Never. Im sure that there are a lot of good things that americans do very well (guns, bombs, Coca Cola) but IMHO Europeans and Japan are better manufacturers.
WE, the Southamerican fans are pretty wild. I have to say that I dont know Rush, just a couple of songs. Listen to the Rolling Stones´ No Security CD, listen to "Saint of Me" and "out of Control", you will listen to us, this is how southamerican behave in concerts of their favourites groups...
Does anyone knows this DVD that comes apparently the same from the DVD-V on a DVD-A. Amazon link. Please if someone have it or know it, tell me something about it.

I have the N38 since almost 2 years. Very happy with them. They handle quite good with every type of music or movies that you play. For the price I paid, it was the best. I guees that the ND310 could be better, but at least the N38 are very good for me. Just wait to break-in them and to use a...
Im new on the Vinyl and Turntable, so I need help in the setup of my Dual 604 turntable, because with new vinyls Im getting a "harsh" (if it´s the word). The vinyl is the new edition of DSOTM, and It´s brand new. Anyone knows how to setup it? The arm has a knob from -2 to +2 and there´s...
Oh, I see, but (I dont have a sub) that in Eagles´ Hell Freezes Over a bass maybe below 80 Hz because is very bass, i havent heard it on any other song, it sounds on the woofer from the speaker. Is that because i have set the receiver with "no Sub"?
FONT=arial]I have the Onkyo 494 with a pair of JBL N38 as mains an a Kenwood Center and rears CRS-159 (very cheap  ) but this receiver doesn´t have any speaker setup like distance or crossover setting, it only has 3 subwoofers modes, off is none (obvious) 1 and 2, maybe this are some...
