creatively, it seems like the possibilities for this show are endless....we're halfway through the season pretty much, and they're just starting up a storyline. How long will this show run? i'd love to know when we'll get definitive answers as to what happens in the future. Somehow I get...
The budget for this movie was NOT $35 million. Are you high? They did a lot of action sequences, not to mention that they had to pay the cast. It was $100 million, and they made $173.
$40 million for three people..wow..just insane if you ask me. saw 1,2,3's budget combined doesn't exceed 40 million. btw, while I think the black suit looks good, it could've been even better if they stayed with the one in the comic book -- the black suit with the big white spider, minus...
I can't see Transformers doing $100 mill.. It doesn't have any star power..I wouldn't be shocked to see it open a little higher than TMNT. That's all it is.
cuba gooding has fallen off the track.completely derailed Why is he choosing these horrible scripts? Everything he has been in post-oscar has tanked....most notably Boat Trip, Shadowboxer and in all likelihood, the movie that just came out. Fire your agent already...good grief.
almost fell asleep during the first episode, and i have grown tired of actors that mumble -- most often the case when a british actor tries to play a character with an american accent. big thumbs down..
the show was too complicated and didn't give us a good ending major thumbs down....however, thumbs up to the viewers that tuned out after the first episode.
a few quick points - 1. Borden did not have a clone. Tesla says "why would you want a machine that someone else has?" implying why don't you want something original for yourself as opposed to copying someone (not Borden..he's speaking in a generic sense) else's machine. It's pretty clear that...
Shooter looks like a Bourne Supremacy remake..ugh. I know it was written before the Bourne book, but still. I also think Chris Rock is done...People call him the funniest comedian around. I don't think I've enjoyed any of his movies. His stand-up is pretty bland as well. Everybody Hates Chris...
25th hour and Red Dragon were snoozefests The Score was an old fashioned heist movie which worked for me. The Illusionist was good, but Norton's accent was slightly distracting.
how come neither actor was nominated for an oscar? There were so many crappy movies last year and this was a diamond in the rough, with great performances all around.
I think The Number 23 will take next weekend, narrowly edging out Ghost Rider...I suspect it will come in around $23 million and will cross 100 mill. The 'Lost' fans will eat it up.
every review of ghost rider on imdb is positive..and they say that it ranks right up there with batman begins as one of the best comic book adaptations. If anything, I think the trailer is misleading --they try to show the comedic aspects instead of the villains. I expect a pretty decent...
the first one was just okay and the second one sucked... both movies, honestly, were pretty boring. They tried to create a modern day indiana jones and failed miserably.
Just my opinion on some of these predictions -- FOX "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer" $185 million-plus -- doubtful ($140 if the movie is actually good) "The Simpsons" $150 million-plus -- show is fading, and hasn't been funny in years..very doubtful "Live Free or Die...
