I definately plan to spend the money and get it calibrated. I'll use avia and video essentials to start out with and let it settle for about 90 days then have someone isf it. Is that model a current model? I don't seem to see it listed on hitachi's webpage.

I am thinking of selling my Nakamichi av8 and getting an avr 325. I would love to buy something else from Nakamichi but it doesn't look like they are building anything new anymore. After I have the new receiver I will buy a dvd-audio sacd player. Please let me know how the 325 handles it. thanks
