I calibrated with the PCplus amps set 1/2 way up (the manual said between 1/2 to 3/4). I set the LFE and subwoofer outputs as described in the Outlaw ICBM manual, and then calibrated the B&K Reference 30 to 75db to match the rest of the speakers. Ultimately, I had to go back and cut the LFE...
