*** Official X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE Review Thread

I enjoyed it very much! I've heard the mixed reviews and went in cautiously. Good action, some laughs, some cheesy lines (in a good way), and more character development than I expected. I loved the surprises they threw in as well. Every bit what I was hoping for. Now, take this review with a...

    The Penguins of Madagascar

I caught this for the first time today. I must admit, pretty entertaining!! The Lemur king sounds EXACTLY like Sasha! I'll definitely check this out more often.

    Spectacular Spiderman

Yeah, season one was on the CW. I caught the very tail end of that and looked the second season up on Youtube. Disney XD is running the first season and will premier the second season for the first time in the US. I SOOO hope this gets picked up for a third season! As for it's faithfulness...

    Spectacular Spiderman

Is anyone else watching this cartoon? I got into it because of my son but I have found myself hooked on it now. It WAS on the CW but I think it's moving for the second season. Am I alone?

Movies where you wanted more at the ending...(spoilers)..

I would have to say Cloverfield.....

    The Dark Knight (2008)

I tell ya, I LOVE this batman that's grounded in reality but I have to admit, having something similar to Marvel's direction for it's super heroes is VEEEERY intriguing. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want a campy batman like batman & robin....but I would love to see a move with both batman and...

*** Official THE INCREDIBLE HULK Discussion Thread

Ok, looked for an incredible hulk discussion thread and couldn't find it so I'll ask my question here. Does anyone have any theories concerning the blood that accidentally got into the soda in the bottle factory? They seemed to be deliberately setting something up so I thought you comic book...

    Daredevil REBOOT

Do movie rights expire? I ask because I hope someday Marvel can get rights for titles like Xmen and Spidey back. How cool would it be to see some of the cross title stuff in these movies along with other titles like Avengers.

    Batman Begins Part III

Heath was known but except for Brokeback, he had not received acting accolades. When he was named as the Joker EVERYONE flipped about how poor a choice it was. When the casting for Batman Begins was being named, alot of people were saying there were too many "big" names and they wouldn't mesh...

    Batman Begins Part III

What resume did Heath have before TDK? If Nolan trusts him, I trust him. I don't want the Joker back just for the sake of having him back but I DO think someone could equal his performance. In Nolan, I trust!

    *** Official CLOVERFIELD Discussion Thread

What are all the viral sites? I'm a very late comer to this movie campaign but after seeing it last night, I'm fully in. For the record, I loved the movie. All the unanswered questions makes me that much more intrigued by the movie as time passes. My buddies all had mixed opinions of it but what...

    Spider-man 3 - On Going Developments

Personally, I liked Spider-man 3. I felt it fit in nicely with the overall triology. They may have tried to push the Peter Parker geek trying to be cool thing a little but oh well. I liked the movie overall. just my thoughts.

Mabye some good news for Hobbits!!

I checked out The One Ring.net and read a spy report about THE HOBBIT being on a year scheduler for New Line. It said filming was to start in July 2007! Oh please, oh please let this be true. Anyway, I wanted to give everyone the heads up.

    The Matrix Revolutions (2003)

I soooo miss these movies. I keep hoping against all hope that the W's will make another. This is also coming from the same guy that was hoping the Matrix Online game would be a faithful continuation of the story.

Is anyone else interested in this new series that starts in June? I've seen a couple previews and in. Anyone know anything about it?

    X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)

Well, I view it like this. Jean is very wishy washy throughout the movie. Her mindset, as I saw it, was as unpredictable as her powers. One minute she's dissolving Professor X, the other she's making out with Logan. Magneto couldn't count on her to do his bidding. Obviously, he was HOPING she...

The Chronicles of Narnia - April 4th confirmed

There's an easy way to fix that. Only buy one version. Me? I'll be happy to invest because I'm a fan of the series like I am with LOTR. All these OTHER extra editions of movies....I don't. I only get one.

The Chronicles of Narnia - April 4th confirmed

This could be greatness. If they add 5 minutes that are filler crap like some releases then yes, it'll suck. BUT... if they add footage that enriches the story and add a ton of extras, a.k.a. the LOTR E.E. then count me in!

*** Official STAR WARS Saga (episodes I to VI) Discussion Thread: Part 4

*** Official STAR WARS Saga (episodes I to VI) Discussion Thread: Part 4

I think this has been stated before but I'll throw in my two cents for kicks. Return of the Jedi refers the return of the Jedi order, not one individual, in this case Luke. Whether Luke is a Jedi or not is irrelevant. In Revenge of the Sith doesn't refer to a particular Sith but rather the...

The Chronicles of Narnia - April 4th confirmed

More than an EE I'm wishing for mucho supplements like the LOTR EE sets. Like docs on Lewis with some of his possible motivations and sources. Creating the deep environment and of course how they brought all the creatures to life. For the LOTR sets, that meant almost as much to me as the extra...

The Digital Bits - Good Grief

I very much appreciate the Bits site and am not bothered at all by any advertising. I generally figure out quickly how to get by the ads as quickly as possible. Keep up the good work. I'll remain faithful.

    CHRONICLES OF NARNIA (retitled thread)

Saw the movie last night and liked it very much though I didn't love it. I'm hoping this will change on repeated viewings. (I had a similar feeling after watching FOTR)I've never read the books but was hoping they would have the same feel as the LOTR. I knew it wouldn't be fair to expect that...

*** Official STAR WARS Saga (episodes I to VI) Discussion Thread: Part 4

It wasn't Palpatine who did the creating but rather the other Sith Lord (his name slips me) (Plaugous???) that created him. Though that's not official but an assumption. This Sith Lord is the one who Palpatine studied under and killed in his sleep.

*** Official STAR WARS Saga (episodes I to VI) Discussion Thread: Part 4

One other thought here. Anakin/Vader KNEW they were having one child but to my knowledge never knew of twins. A couple things could be thought about this. If Vader ever came looking for his child, Luke SKYWALKER, who's name never was changed and was left with the step-brother would be an...
