    $10k golden ears AMP challenge!

All commercially available amps can be used for this test. The $100 is a modest fee so people dont take the test an excessive amount of times. BTW RC used to beleive that he could hear the difference in amps, until he began to study what it was that he was actually hearing.

    $10k golden ears AMP challenge!

I asked RC how close people have been. I suspected that someone probubly got a high score just by the number of people that were tested "------nearly anyone believes they can pass it till they actually fail at it-------my experience is that when folks take it only one in ten accepts the obvious...

A SHIVA SUB in a car???????????

I used to have a shiva in my car, but now I have a brahma 12. The shiva was in a 1.5 cube box about .8 qtc and 400 watts Brahma is now in a 1.0 cube box for a .707 qtc with 1200 watts .707 works out pretty well for car audio because of cabin gain. All Adire products are incredible for...

Shiva or ISD for my 4Runner?

Shivas have been used with good results in the car audio world, where low end is augmented by cabin gain. Put a shiva in a 1.3-1.7 cube box (I had mine in about 1.5). You only really need about 300-400 watts, the driver is very efficient. Oh and one more thing, Brahma:D
