    I do not believe that the 4:3 models(FDX) have the anamorphic squeeze, but i could be wrong, from what i can see hitachi is mainly targeting the 16:9 market and are only going to have a few 4:3 models.

    We have just received the 57 inch swx20b and the picture is incredible. It has a nice looking cabinet, and come with 2 remotes, one is a simple remote with just about 6 buttons on it. It has a DVI input and the screen absorbs 60 percent of ambient light, we are displaying it in a well lit area...

    Best DVD player for $200-$300...

    i'm looking for the very best DVD player around $200-$300. I really like the Denon DVD-800 and I'd love to hear from anyone who already has it. I don't really need progressive scan output, but if a player has it, thats a plus. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Has the kv-32hv600 taken the place of the 32XBR?

    There really isn't much of a difference between the XBR and the new HV. The new HV has a memory stick slot for digital photos, an updated DRC, DVI input for HD receivers, and a totally new cabinet design. The HV also tends to be priced about 100 bucks less than the XBR it replaces. Good luck...
