drat - accidentally hit submit........twice :b Computer's being very moody here so I'll keep it short. What I want is all of the deleted footage from the films, good a/v presentation, some commentaries, the material from the old box, and both cuts of the film(s) - particularly the...
Anyone have any speculation on what won't make it on to this set? I'm very curious to see if these "Director's Cuts" are actually going to be included...I always enjoying seeing new versions of old favorites, as long as the originals are present. The

Flippers and Snappers need to go. Also,it bugs me when commentary/interview footage present on the disc mentions material that the viewer cannot see because it's not included on the disc (i.e. deleted scenes). Finally, what's with the crazy obsession manufacturers/stores seem to have with...
I am attempting to convert my Warner/New Line DVD Covers into covers that I can slip into my keepcases, but have encountered some printing problems. I have visited CD Covers.CC on the net, and downloaded all the covers I need to print. I have also downloaded MediaFACE II, which hase helped me...
Seems like everything is on the horizon or at least a maybe....
Good news in my book:)
I'm just thankful I haven't heard anything that shot down these thoughts, like when I first inquired about a spiffed up American History X release, along with Lynch's Dune. Quite a shame.
Had forgotten...
Even though I own 2 copies of MST3K the Movie (previously clueless of their current value), I would without hesitation purchase a new SE. I had not heard of deleted scenes or an alternate ending....:)
I'm curious if anyone knows - What other MST3K DVDs are on the schedule? Will these new DVDs...
Anyone remember these movies? HORRIBLE stuff....
Saw them as a kid, and I would kill for them on DVD - or even VHS (shudder). Any suggestions on where to find these gems? Or any thoughts on the possibilty of a DVD release?
Also, I'd appreciate any info on sites related to these flicks....I...
A previous post says the Criterion version was packed with High Fidelity (a John Cusack film, as is Grosse Point Blank) at Sam's Club for $27, so one can logically assume that the Amazon 2 pack does contain the Criterion Rushmore. I would look elsewhere first, though, and make Amazon your last...
Fight Club: Who can go wrong with great commentaries, deleted scenes, menus, and most importantly one of the best movies out there. Say Anything: I was happily surprised with this disc. Nicely designed menus, cool commentary, overall great package for a catalog 80's title. Boogie Nights...
My Fantasia discs work fine, too. The only discs I've had problems with were in the Akira Tin...they were damaged inside the box. So you're serious about this boycott of box sets? You're not even gonna get the Reservoir Dogs 8 disc-er??? And you call yourself a DVD collector!
Jerry Maguire was the best when I had watched it the 4th time (it had me near tears - no joke) Maybe it's me.... :b Amelie is still brilliant after many viewings, as are Memento, The Usual Suspect, and Donnie Darko. The latter 3 make much more sense after the shock of the first showing.
Hey everyone! I'm new to the HTF, and I just wanted to throw out a few questions.....
Whats the last everyone's heard about:
*Dick Tracy: Vista Series(I hesitate to purchase the surrent version in fear of a spiffier set in the coming months)
*Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Vista Series...
I too caught 'Class Act' on Comedy Central just last night.... My gf loves this movie - I'd defintaly buy it, especially with a commentary track by the stars (wouldn't that be funny) or at very least a good a/v presentation and the trailer. Haven't heard anything on it yet, though.
