Wow. That was a whole lot of nothing good. I just kept shaking my head the whole time I was watching this ep. and when the end started to roll around I thought "Did I miss like 15 minutes of show somewhere?". It was all over the place for me. The Doomsday arc was a total waste of time. Has the...
A reboot of the reboot huh? This is great news but I still don't have high hopes for it getting any better. When they give me an action show with occasional humor (put the guys from My Own Worst Enemy in charge of the show) and not a campy show with bits of action, better writing and give KITT...
Since I mainly love KR because of KITT here are my complaints: For the love of god give KITT his personality back. He talked like a person not a frikkin robot. I guess since this was more of an origin "ep" they didn't have more time but show more KITT features. We get it, he's fast...
Well when Tim Kring said the ending was "like a $90 million movie" I was expecting a little bit more. So I got caught up in all that hype and I guess I've learned my lesson.
I agree. I made up my mind halfway through this season that it would be my last. I just don't really like anyone on the show. Carter was my favorite character and since he left I've been pretty much just watching out of habit.
It kind of threw me when they seemingly changed Candice's power from illusionist to shape-shifter. They even went far as to change the SFX in an older scene in the "previously on".
Even though I don't think it was planned this way, I thought it was slick move. I would feel Boo and Dreamz would be most likely to flip so take them with you so no one could brainwash them to switch sides and who would I leave behind to keep an eye on things? Earl.
Well they showed Charla & Mirna (remember Mirna annoyingly saying and singing cookie about a thousand times in the cab on the way there) and Eric & Danielle hop in cab when Phil clearly says to go "on foot" for both challenges. Everyone else seemed to do just that.
You know, I actually thought that for a second but it just didn't look right to me but I think you guys are right. They should of used a different angle that looked more from her view instead of just taking out the blur sfx from the same earlier shot.
So am I the only one that got a messed up version of this ep? There's an SFX goof in the scene when Clark speeds away from Chloe in the wine cellar the second time (the Lana POV part). As he turns to run he just disappears and there is no whooshing sound effect. I was like "What the heck?? He...
Best episode in a long time. A few duds but mostly entertaining. "D*** In A Box" was crazy funny and NBC.com already has an uncensored version up on the site to watch. I smell an iTunes hit.
Pretty sly of them using the Phantom Zone as a new replacement for the krypto-freaks of the week. I had forgotten all about the freed criminals. The actress that played Gloria is smokin'. Looking her up on IMDB I see she was also on "Mercy Reef" aka The Aquaman Show.
