Just as long as they are not "forced" trailers. I don't mind them as an extra but they are not that important to me. The only trailer on a dvd that I really enjoyed was the LOTR rings trailer on the Rush Hour 2 dvd.
Great to hear that the TTT supplementary material is in Dolby Digital EX. I remember watching the trailers for the FOTR on the Rush Hour 2 dvd - the trailers really sounded good on my system. :D
What was up with all the advertisements in this film. (Pepsi, Burger King, etc). I thought the scene in "The Gap" was not necessary. I like movies without commercials. :D
I would still see a movie at a DLP theater. That is a great experience - tremendous video and audio quality. However, regular projection theaters are not worth the hassle for me. The prints are often scratched or dusty.

After watching the special edition of the Star Wars trilogy, I have to admit that some of the effects do look dated. (ex. matte lines around the Rancor). I understand why Lucas wants to update these effects so the movies are consistent with the prequel trilogy.
Based on what I have read, I would say 2-5 years at the earliest. Most maufacturers have agreed on a standard for the blue laser format. However, there is also a push for a modified red laser format.
You want to get an original one sheet and double sided AOTC poster. Its much better quality than a reprint. The star wars fan club has what may be original one-sided posters for $9.99. swfan.wizards.com. You can call them to confirm.
