HDCD in Panny? That's really new. I even think it's almost a dead technology because the recent aparition of DVD-A and SACD. But it's a really a good point to add that kind of support.... does any other new Panny model has it too?

As I can see, this is the first generation of Denon receivers with HDCD support from the receiver, like some (top of line) Marantz (influence of the marriage perhaps?), Kenwood, NAD and H/K. Very elegant design by the way

BTW, thanks for the info on the 6070. The Yamaha HAS more DSP power than the Kenwood. In the Kenwood website, you can see: DSP Processor: 32-Bit ADI Melody AFAIK Yamaha works with 42-bit DSP (made by..... Yamaha)
