    61"+ RPTV owners!

I want to place my 65" Mitsubishi 65819 tv in an enclosure of some sort. I do not want to build, but I don't mind large assembly. If you have a large RPTV (61"+), what did you buy? Thank you.

AXIOM vs SWANS DIVAS part 2

I really like both of these brands, but I wanted to know what my fellow HTF members thought. If someone were to offer you one of the following 3 setups which would you choose and why? (A, B, or C) (A) DIVA: 4.1 $599 88 lbs. (ON SALE) C3 $499 33 lbs. R3 $599 52 lbs. $250 shipping (B)...

    Axioms VS Swans Divias

I agree with Jeff. The lack of color choices in the Diva line probably hurts sales in a major way. I did not even consider the Divas because of their asthetics. The Divas ARE beautiful speakers, but would look ridiculous in my HT setup: 65" black tv (not enclosed), black stereo components, 31"...

Which Axiom setup would be better for movies?

Yuli, Like Rich said, I think you are on track with the M22s and the VP150. As far as the surrounds, the QS8s will work fine, but I am not sure they are necessary since you said your system will be for "mainly movies". Anyway, you still have to have to deal with the situation of mounting them...

Which Axiom setup would be better for movies?

Yuli, I have to agree with Brian. As far as cost/performance, you are much better off spending your $500 on a subwoofer outside the Axiom family. However, $500 can get you an AWESOME SVS PCi 25-31!!!!! www.svsubwoofers.com I got one on Friday and just watched Jurassic Park III yesterday. It...

Which Axiom setup would be better for movies?

Definitely the M22s for the fronts and M3s for the back. You do not need powerful M22s for the back unless you are listening to DVD-A in a large room. Also, the bipolar speakers QS4 and QS8 are used for people who want to listen to mostly music. It is just my opinion, take it as you want...

Axioms? Anybody know about the sound quality of these speakers?

Brook, That sounds like an awesome system for only $615 delivered (if you buy factory outlet). As an owner, I can tell you that the M3Tis sound great as mains.

    some questions..

I own axiom speakers and they are outstanding. However, I would say you are more in need of a decent subwoofer or a DVD/CD player. Also, from everything I have heard, the B&W 303s are fine speakers. First, spend $200 to get a Panasonic RP56 DVD/CD player. (This is if you are also using TV, if...

NHT? Axiom? Moving from Stereo to HT

This is a great setup: Denon 882 (same as the 1802) $325 Axiom factory outlet speakers: QS4 (surrounds) $248 Axiom regular speakers: M22 (mains) $400 VP150 (center) $350 SVS 25-31 PCi (subwoofer) $499 That would be a great system for $1822 If you thought M22s are too heavy...

    distance question

Joe, The vp150 is an awesome speaker, but it would look crazy with your current setup. That beast is HUGE! The VP100 would work fine as suggested.

Small Room, speaker size? diagram/pics inside

The specs for the atoms: Link Removed The specs for the M3Tis: http://axiomaudio.com/m3ti.html Paradigm Titan speakers are competing with Axiom M3Tis. I can't advise on speakers smaller that the M3, maybe others can.....

Differences between SVS 25-31 PCi and 20-39 PCi

After weeks of trying to decide what sub to get, I bought the PCI 25-31 yesterday. My final 2 choices were the 25-31 and the 20-39. You have a higher impotance on the home theater than I, I'm 70% music/ 30% HT, so I think you will probably be best off with your 20-39 PCI choice. Describe the...

Small Room, speaker size? diagram/pics inside

Joe, My room is a little bigger than yours, and I just ordered my SVS 25-31 PCi yesterday (can't wait!). I don't think it is overkill, and you WON'T regret it. I went to Sound Advice to audition speakers and I came to the same conclusion that Paradigms had the best sound to my ears. They...
