I solved it by getting two cable boxes from the cable company. One HD box and a regular box for Tivo. I used to have just one box and it was a pain if Tivo decided to record something while I was watching something in HD.

I just had Deliverance from Netflix. It was a two sided disk. One side for the widescreen and one for the mutilated version.

I found the channels by using the information at titantv.com. Then I selected each of those as a favorite with none of the SD channels as favorites. I imagine if they get Discovery HD, it will also get listed at Titantv.com. It is annoying they are not showing in the normal channel line up...

John, To be honest I don't know if the box can pass a 5.1 signal. It is a Scientific Atlanta 3100HD box if that helps. I have an older JVC Prologic Dolby receiver so it didn't really matter to me. Karen

Glad to hear you are getting the Malata N-966. I tried to get that one and found it had been discontinued so I have their replacement model ordered, the DV-520. Supposed to be identical to the N-966 except in a slimmer chassis. Hopefully it will ship to me from Canada next week.
