I don't own the 950 but based on what I have read of other 7.1 receivers, you should be able to hook the single center up to the left surround back connection and the receiver should know it is a 6.1 setup. Again, this is what other recievers do...I think.:) As for placement, it would apear...

.35 cents for HD 12 gauge? Wow, they're gouging us here in Canada. I was in HD a few days ago and I think it was over 70 cents per foot. :angry:
