In Canada the DVD will be released by TVA International in two different editions on April 30th (!). There will be a 1 disc edition which will be an English one. Not sure on features on that. There will also be a 2 disc French only edition which will be found, at first, only in Quebec then...

This is true, but we all know, that officially this is not legal which is why their voices won't be heard in this matter.

I doubt it. Perhaps in a year or two at the earliest (like any DVD on the market these days).

Just like the petition, this thread is losing the focus of the main problem here and that is, what to do with the billingual covers. Enough with this "to have or not to have a French track included because of Quality factors". I'll tell you that the U.S. versions will have the Spanish track...
