My Dvd recorder is a Panasonic DMR-ES10. Reviews state that it records stereo. Is this not correct? Yes, I want to make one DVD with the "hits" from a few music video discs, but I want to retain the 5ch sound.

I have a lot of 5ch DVD music videos. Is there a home theater DVD recorder that will allow me to record with the same sound quality as the original? Thanks

You don't have to spend that much. I have an MC-1 with a Rotel 1075 amp. [120w X 5] Couldn't be happier.

I have the same amp,and Axiom speakers. I bought a used Lexicon MC-1 for $1950.00 . I would get the B&K if that's what you like, but why change the Axioms? Do the M&Ks sound that much better?

I just bought a Rotel RMB1075 amp used.[$760.00] I can't figure out what jack I need to use the 12v trigger. It is not the jack used with most 12v transformers-smaller. Is this just one wire, or a dual post jack. Thanks

Did you check to see if the amp has a fuse? It might have blown with all the tinkering.

I bid on this unit on E-Bay and lost. A few days later I received an E mail stating the seller could get me another 49TX at a great price. He claims it would have full warranty, and he would like the money "wired". What do you think? Does this sound like a safe transaction?

Is there a switched outlet on your receiver? If so you could get a 12v transformer [Radio Shack] to do the same thing.

I have used Axioms with a few receivers. Always had excellent results.

Yes. the AVM-20 is a little more, but the Aragon is a bit less. No ideas about Aragon Quality? I am also enticed by the used Krell HTS 5.1 at the same price.
