I'm currently in the planning state for a theater room that will be built with a new home. We have the room dimensioned and drawn up(I'll post that as soon as I scan it). I need to know what else I'm going to need and if the equipment that I've chosen is the right stuff. I've already pruchased a...

I'm looking at buying these off a person, and I noticed that they're 4ohms. Unless I didn't see the answer in the previous post, how can I drive these using a receiver built for 8 like a Marants Sr-18?
I recently rekindled my intrest in lp's, and was wondering about a turntable. I'm able to get a 3404 for free from my grandparents, it's in working condition, how will it stack up to a newer player? Is it worth investing money in a new stylus for this thing?
What a rip off, considering it probaly costs less than a dollar to make. I'll probaly just hook up an old reviever and then output the signal though the rca jack.
When I bought my reciever, I never thought that I would need a phono input, but now i do. Can I just plug the turntable into my reciver using a normal rca jack, or is there a special adapter?
I've finally got around to buying new speakers and I have rounded up three. The Fluance ES-1 (leaning towards) the JBL ND310II and the Klipsch SF-2. Any suggestions? My room is fairly small at 14x15 and currently has B&O S60's.
