Hi. How do you connect a DVD-audio player to a receiver? Do you need to use the analog 5 cable output or will the optical or coaxial do? I have a JVC FA95 but it won't work the DVD audio signal through the digital output. Is that the case with all? How do I hook this JVC to my Yamaha RX-V2200...
