Joe. I build cabinets first with a brad nailer using 1.25" brads for 3/4" MDF and 2.25 for MDF from 1" to 1.5". Then after a quick trim with a flush trim bit I then switch the router to a 3/4" or 1" round over bit.This make for a veneer wrap easy. The seam on this cabinet is on the bottom. Al
