    Bee Gees - Suggestions?

I think "One night only" is a fine dvd. Fine performances of a lot of their best known songs. Nice "acoustic" section.

Bowling for Columbine - 2 disc set!?!?

No. I listend to all of it. Don't know why. I'm compulsive :) It's uninteresting all the way through.

List of improperly flagged non 16x9 DVD's?

    1. On the first pressing of Criterions "Playtime", the Terry Jones intro was improperly flagged as 16X9 anamorphic. 2. Shine, R2DK is improperly flagged as 16X9 anamorphic, when in fact it's 4X3 P&S.

Simon & Garfunkel: The Concert In Central Park

As has already been pointed out "The Late Great Johnny Ace" *is* included on the Fox dvd. It's on track 8, right after Garfunkel's "A Heart In New York". No mention of it on the dvd-menu or on the inlay card though !?

"Un chien andalou" on dvd ?

Great news. I haven't even seen "Un chien andalou", but was intrigued by the two short clips that's on Criterion's "Spellbound".

HTF REVIEW: "Cinema Paradiso" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) (with screenshots)

Yes, released only in Italy and for a short time only. There's a reason why the movie was cut shortly after it's relase. And if you compare the two versions you'll se why. The short version is just a way better movie.

HTF REVIEW: "Cinema Paradiso" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) (with screenshots)

Fine review Ron. You should have watched the original version though, since it's way better than the extended version. All the beauty & the mystery about what happened to Elena that's in the original is completely killed off in the extended version. We get everything spelled out in very...

Have you watched all the DVDs that you own?

Mitch you sound like a fellow "suffer're" ! I also "have" to watch every single extra on every disc. (Getting through all the stills on LOTR extended edition was hard). My collection is now 409 discs with 80 unwatched. I've seen every bit of extra on the 329 discs ! With two kids, you just...

Have you watched all the DVDs that you own?

379 DVD's in total, 67 of which I haven't watched. But I have watched *all* of the extras on the 312, that I *have* watched. Including all the commentaries (all 4 on Se7en, all 4 on LOTR and so on). I'm a manic compulsive

Is DVD Profiler the only option for listing my DVD collection online?

So that's what that error was! I removed the program after getting this. Think I'll sit this one out for at least at year, and stick with DVDProfiler. Maybe then, they've gotten some of the bugs out.

John Williams: Borrows heavily from Gustav Holst?

I have always thought John Williams was very much "inspired" by Gustav Mahler, especially Mahler's 6'th symphony, when he wrote Star Wars.

Change of Habit Presley dvd review

Well, it was his last picture (not counting the documentaries), and it contained very few songs with an better-than-usual-movie-song-quality. "Rubberneckin'" is in fact from his fabled Memphis-sessions in 1969 and a *great* number. And a plot devoid of babes and racecars (autism years before...
