    I know this is stupid but what does reference level do. I think it means setting all your speakers at the same volume.... right? why would one want to by a SPL just to set his speakers at the same volume? what's the benefit.

    I'm sure someone out there has had to deal with this problem. Did the toddler learn not to mess with it, I don't know how many drops those speakers can take, also most of them don't have the medal covers.

    What else can you do with AVIA besides changing the basic sharpness, picture etc.

    I have the AVIA disc and the only thing I've done with it is change the T.V.s picture, brightness, sharpness, hue and color. Besides that is there anything else I can do with the disc that won't require a professional calibrater. Seems to be the same with the sound. I havn't messed with it...

    I have dish network with the echostar 301 receiver and I didn't apply for local channels. I've hooked the antenna straight to the receiver so how do I get to the local channels? it doesn't go under channel 100, what do I do?
