This thread came at the right time for me I recently started on the patch and so far it's been great I'm still tempted to reach in a pack of smokes but you just have to say to your self I'll have one later...that later comes about 5 hours ..all in all for about $30 canadian / week I'm impressed...

As my fellow Canadian Rain pointed out great things can happen providing we continue to support each other and band together, and long after what comes next we continue to do so this world will be MUCH more safer and tolerable place to live.
