I've signed it. I'm pretty much a lurker here, but I have to come out and say I applaud everything people are trying to do on this issue. I don't mind P&S being available - though the fact that people want it does sadden me, a little - but I will refuse to knowingly buy a non-OAR disc.
I got a defective disc, too. Some short pixelation during Chapter 21 on mine (played on an Xbox). Cleaning didn't help, but there were no skipping or sound problems, so it wasn't a huge problem. Annoyingly, though, I'm off to the airport in a few hours and so I can't exchange it until next year.
