I won't be using the tuner so an intergrated amp would be suitable. I've been looking at receivers instead of integrated amps because receivers are normally cheaper.
I need a stereo receiver. I'm going to be feeding it with the line out from my computer's sound card. I have an audigy 2 zs. I'm planning on buying used, so it doesn't have to be a currently produced model. In fact, it would probably better if it were a few years old so that I could get a better...
I have pictures (1600x1200) that I took while I was there in march. Although they may not be wedding announcement quality. But if you'd like to see them anyway. Unfortunately my webserver is down right now (see sig), but I'd gladly share them over aim. SN: MarkAFitzsimmons
Everything is going well with regard to the studies. After I finish this semester I still have one more year of undergrad to complete before the real hell begins so at the moment I am just trying to have some fun. Unfortunatly, the social scene at Case isn't too great so here I am on a saturday...
I had some peche lambic yesterday and it sure was tasty. It said that it's a belgian ale and I still don't know if it qualifies as a beer. Can anyone educate me on this product?
I'm seeing Jerry Seinfeld do stand up live in a couple of weeks. I've been wondering what is appropriate to wear to such an event. It's at a fairly nice auditorium at a university. They hold concerts (orchestra), dance competitions, and the like there. But since I've never seen a comedian live...
No practical use. You can't cool a chip with liquid nitrogen for any extended period of time because it kills the chip. Just as they are not designed to run at high temperatures, they are not designed to withstand such low temperatures either.
I've been daydreaming about this idea for a while. . . I want to create a two channel audio system wish computer at the heart of it. Here is what I want to do. . . is it possible? Take the computer with a large hard disk. Rip all of my CDs to lossless WMA. Get a M-Audio Audiophile 2496...
I have a Canon A60 and it uses standard AA batteries. So not all Canon's use custom/nonstandard batteries. The A60 should be around $200 and is an excellent camera. It has a great movie mode which I use frequently and takes beautiful pictures. If your budget is an absolutle maximum of $250 then...
My parents recently purchased a Mitsubishi 16:9 HDTV from Best Buy and part of the deal they got was a "free" $200 gift card. We are going to use that to purchase a progressive scan dvd player, but the catch is that it must come from best buy. So if someone could tell me which is the best way to...
Monitor drivers aren't going to help you. What you need is video card drivers. Why are you installing windows ME? I'd normally recommend something like XP Pro but it may not run on those specs, Win2k Pro may though. . . never-the-less in my opinion, Win98 SE is still a better choice over ME.
I go to Case Western Reserve Univesity and we have fiber gigabit ethernet all over campus. Fiber runs directly to my dorm room and into the fiber card I have installed in my PC. Lectures are recorded on campus and you can play them back to review for exams. It's quite cool the technology we have...
