I held off buying Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4, hoping it would get a PC release. It doesn't look like it's in the cards though, at least not until later in the year. I'll probably get the Integrade version for PS5 when it's released.

It looks good. The Warmind DLC was a step in the right direction, Forsaken looks like it will change the game significantly.

HDR has been fixed on PlayStation systems now, was bugged when the DLC dropped.

Console patch is only for HDR / Resolution, not framerate, it's still going to be 30fps on console. PC is 4K60fps if you have the hardware to push it.

4K60 with HDR on OLED is quite nice.

Digital releases, at least the bigger ones usually offer pre-loading the majority of the game files a few days up to weeks in advance, with the final few megabytes able to be downloaded on the actual release day. I just hope they separate the PC and console patches or have a CTE on PC, then...

Will get it for PS4 because of exclusives, and if it gets released on PC will get that version as well. Hopefully the PC version is Play Anywhere compatible with the XBOX version. Would save me some $$$.
