    Repulsion - No good dvd yet (comparison thread)

    Roman Polanski's Repulsion is a true masterpiece in cinema. Brilliant in everyway I still get nightmares after watching it. But why is it that we can have almost yearly re-releases of popcorn blockbusters on DVD that will not have any impact on cinema like Repulsion, but masterpieces like this...

    Enormous space, but no OST?

    Yes, I have seen a very disturbing trend on many HD releases. That they only comes with a remixed audiotrack and not the original. I really hope this will stop because I don't want to have to choose between better resolution (HD) or OST (DVD). Have anyone more thought about this?
