I asked AMC via email what the deal was with these showings...
These current showtimes are not sold out. It seems that this location has temporarily locked out these showings as they finalize bookings for advance screenings. I recommend checking back periodically throughout the week for the...
I didn't think so either. I'm guessing there's a glitch somewhere since every, farther away AMC has nothing sold out. Something is going on with my local one...
Just checked...every IMAX and Dolby seat is taken at our closest theater for preview night. All sold out. There's a 5pm Real 3D and a 10:30 Digital. I'll be checking in to see if anything pops open over the next few weeks...

This was also the AMC Seen Unseen last night. Heavy and emotional material with a story I didn't necessarily know about before the movie. I think most, if not all, of my audience was crying by the end.
I have no connection to anything Dune…not the books, not the Lynch movie, not the various mini series. The first time I watched Dune: Part One was earlier this week.
Part Two is amazing to look at. Shorts are designed to capture emotion, action and story points. I think I could screen cap just...
And know what? I was so excited to see a 4k on here I didn't have...I didn't even bother to read the rest of the link you posted.
:blink::rolleyes::huh:
We watched with subtitles to catch all the names, how they're spelled and to associate them with people. I actually prefer the first 85% of the movie to the last 15%, but still a great experience.
I've been trying to block out the time to watch for the first time for a few weeks. Finally did it last night...I can't say I'm an expert on all things Dune, but Part One was a great experience, even at home. I think I'm sufficiently ready for Part Two.
Super happy to report I thought Drive-Away Dolls is an absolute riot and loved everyone second of it. It doesn't go where you expect it to go, has plenty of great comedy moments and is just plain fun. It's not for everyone and I would never recommend my parent see it. But, if the trailer caught...
I'm going to this tonight, not because I'm dying to see it. More like it's the only thing playing I haven't already seen OR wouldn't walk out of. We'll see what happens...
Nice surprise, at least for me. I like revisiting Steel Magnolias every few years with a big bowl of popcorn. Maybe I can convince my husband to watch with me this year. :)
Restaurants. Of course I can find it in grocery stores. We don’t keep soda in the goose because of how terrible it is, but when we go out and the mood strikes me, it’s easier to find Coke.
That makes sense from the standpoint of the movie, but that's not what I get from her. I got absolutely zero emotion and a steady voice through the whole thing. It's not just her, either: Tahar Rahim is a one-note, one-emotion villain; Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced and Celeste O'Connor are way...
If podcasts are your thing, there is a fun "after show" podcast for The Center Seat. I never watched the doc, but the 'cast entertained me for a weekend.
This doesn't get to the "so bad, it's good" territory. It's not passably good with low expectations. Madame Web is just stupid and sloppily made on what feels like a shoestring budget. The action on screen would look great as a CW or streaming show. Every good part of the movie the marketing...
Title: Bob Marley: One Love

Genre: Music, Drama

Not ridiculous at all. When DS9 had Kassidy Yates turn Maquis, she went to prison for a while and wasn't on the show. When Keiko went to Bajor to do what she does, Rosalind Chao left unless they wanted to write her back for a specific reason. Book should be gone, in prison and out of mind for...

I'm really confused (which is par for the course these days). We have a (theoretically) FX and action heavy movie now coming out in 15-ish months. Filming apparently hasn't started yet which means the ancillary items can't start, like post-production.
How is this coming out in May 2025?
