I am still addicted to ER after all these years. Every scene with Abby gave me a sense of discomfort. And I love Tucci as Moretti...he's one cool customer in the way he delivers himself, but something is flawed about him if he lives alone and sleeps with the married-with-kids, tenured doctor.
I thought it was a solid episode and a great new direction for the season: something along the lines of "what will happen to the crew without the boss." We'll watch as those close to Tony crumble. The entertainment will soon follow.
I liked about 20% of last night's show. The Zoom camera sketch The SNL digital Short where Will and Steve did some close-talking Why not get Prince involved in the Prince sketch? WTF was that surfer sketch?
You may want 7.1 connectivity for future surround sound applications (Dolby True HD, DTS-HD, Dolby Digital Plus) See FAQ #24 and #25: http://www.dolby.com/assets/pdf//tec...0925_Final.pdf Look familiar? That's because this is just like the early DVD players and Pro Logic "Dolby...
Another good one last night. I loved when Peter threw Stewie at Brain. The lyrics to the last song had me rolling: "I admire Allen Funt, how I like a shaven leg"
You got to be kiddin me with this episode...I laughed my ass off! The pop-references were unbelievable. I especially loved the "Number 12" pinball machine reference. Takes me back, man.
Three more things i loved: Ya..the doctor sketch! "and now back to the cancer...you were born in july weren't you?" "that liver has to come out...it's been in the microwave for 3 minutes!" "these test results dont look good...my son got a D- on his history test" At first, I was like WTF...
I about died when Brian came back and did peanut butter jelly time! The Little Shop of Horrors reference was pretty funny esp. since my brother and I love the Frank Oz version. The best was when Jesus called God!
We were roaring the whole episode! I loved the rip on Day After Tomorrow which I have seen a few times cuz it's one of those bad movies you love (like Twister). The commentary on stupidity in the media and at home was ingenious. "The temperature will drop to 7 million degrees below zero!"
Actually, i did some ferocious refreshing at avsforum.com and found the perfect TV for my friends. The 42" Sony LCD RPTV (msrp $1,999; model no KDF-E42A10). High praise and volumes of technical information made this TV the logical choice.
I've been out of the HT game for a while, so when my friend contacted me about a TV, I could not get specific about models. I gave him the low down about the way TV technology is moving (analog to digital) and that an LCD TV would be worthwile. Could anyone suggest a model? How bout a nice place...
