I read about that earlier...pretty interesting. Here is a link that actually has a picture of the PS2s in the rack: http://arrakis.ncsa.uiuc.edu/ps2/cluster.php
^^^ Hell yeah. I'm sick of these Christmas like assortment of lights on cars these days, and those "Cobra eyes" are some of the most ridiculous. I'm not saying I think the treatment this person is receiving is fair, but I do think it's about time someone cracked down on this non-sense.
WTF? Can they really be so stupid as to call it the "PSX"? Surely that won't be the final name. I know that "PSX" was never the official name of the original Playstation, but surely Sony is aware that "PSX" was indeed the most common abbreviation for the system among gamers. This can only lead...
About time. As it stands now I do not own, nor do I intend to buy, the GBA SP. It's the first GB system that I didn't own the day it launched in N. America. I just got tired of having GB systems in drawers collecting dust with nothing decent to play except remakes of games I played 10 years ago...
Can you guys provide some more detail on how this all works. I've been considering going the HTPC route. How would I go about playing a DVD on my PC and scaling it to higher resolutions?
Well...I still can't get this damn program to work. I now hate it. Must this really be so difficult...is this really that unusual a task? All I want to do is clone my damn drive. That's it. I tried your suggestions, Rob, and they didn't work. I also started trying some program called Casper...
Rob, I have a question relating to Ghost 2003. I'm about to install a new drive that I would like to use as my boot drive. I ran the clone utility and everything seemed to go smoothly. I accessed the secondary drive and all the file folders seemed to be there and both drives showed the same...
I pay for Fileplanet too. It's just so convenient. I do use Kazaa or IRC on occasion...but so many files are re-named or corrupt on Kazaa and you often have to spend a fair amount of time navigating peoples servers and finding someone with queue/send slots available on IRC that paying for...
You know what I hate? Those idiots with expensive/new cars that feel they have the right to purposely park across two spots (sometimes four!) to prevent anyone from parking next to them (to prevent door dings I assume). Now, I perfectly understand the desire to do this. I recently bought a...
Plain ridiculous. Too many damn lawsuits. I wouldn't even know who Mirra was if it wasn't for the previous games. Now he's suing them for damaging his image? Please, spare me.
I just walked into a KB and picked up the GBA on launch day. I doubt the SP will be any harder to find. If not launch day, then I would bet within a week you could easily find one.
They don't want to release a compilation because they want to continue to release their old games one by one on their GB machines and continue to charge us a ridiculous $30+ USD for them. And since there is little else worth a damn on the GB systems, everyone will buy them. Yeah, I'm sick of the...
Anytime I open a non-maximized Internet Explorer window the window is messed up. You can see a picture here: IE Window In the picture you can see one window maximized and a screwed up second window where only part of the title bar is visible. I can use my mouse to click and drag the window...
Check the power managment settings in the BIOS and make sure that ACPI is enabled. You could also download XTeq Setup (Xteq) and check "Power off Windows on shutdown" in the "Startup/Shutdown" area. That may fix the problem.
