The premise behind Section One and how everyone is forced to participate I find extremely unbelievable, and the limited budget for outdoor location sets sometimes is painful to watch, and Peta is too old for her character (street kid?), but Nikita's ongoing dilemma and her hot/cold romance makes...

Since Burnt Offerings is 16x9, I hope someone will report whether that really is Karen jumping into the pool naked in that far shot? :D

The packaging is a contradiction...IMDB claims it was shot FF with the intention of matting. Anyone who's seen this disc can comment?

That's a shame CTHE are still being boobs about unwilling to correct these issues after all this time. I'd love to own this on dvd but they're not getting my money as long as it remains in its currently shoddy form.

Considering how much Paramount owes its success of Trek to TOS and Shatner, I think they are being major boobs about it. As much as I'd love to see his director's cut, I don't think degrading himself by raising outside money and pleading with Paramount is worth it.
