I can speak only for myself, but I picked up a PS3 after the price drop for two reasons: the Blu-ray player and backwards-compatibility. Right now there aren't really any good games for the PS3. I never got a PS2, so I'm playing PS2 games until the holiday season. I'd rather have hardware...
I've read that you shouldn't use any type of cleaner on DLP screens or it will damage the anti-glare coating - hence my concern. Eric - what make and model of LCD do you have?
We are moving into a new house at the end of the month, and my wife has given the go ahead for me to start shopping around for big screen TVs. Based on our budget, I was considering a 50" Samsung DLP, but I'm concerned about how well the screen can stand up to daily life with toddlers. It's easy...
HMV has X-Men and X2: X-Men United on sale for $5.99 apiece. HMV also has deals on Fox TV DVD sets: selected seasons of Arrested Development, Firefly, Futurama, the Simpsons and more are on sale at $24.99
I haven't listened to it yet (planning to on the commute home tonight), but I have still two suggestions: 1. Add an RSS feed so I can subscribe with my podcatching app. 2. Fill out the ID3 tags on the file so that it doesn't show up on my iRiver with Unknown Artist, Unknown Album, etc. 2b...
It is, but I take transit so I don't come home with road rage every day. It takes longer still, but I can read, watch a movie or take a nap while someone else drives. I've been doing it for close to eight years now.
Canada's greatest export (IMHO) has always been it's musical talent. J.D. and Suzie are both great examples of this. I'm afraid I just don't understand Marty's appeal. I've been underwhelmed by almost all of his performances. Even those I've found passable don't really fit in with INXS' past...
For cable, you're pretty much stuck with Rogers. For a broadband ISP, I would probably stick with Rogers as well. Cable internet access is fine up here, and you can probably get a deal bundling the services, especially if you add a cellphone from the Rogers network to the mix. I can't...
Long story short: he played the race card and said the only reason he kept showing up in the bottom three was because he was African-American.
If you take the time to read all the bios, one interesting fact sticks out: Three of the contestants have identical twins.
Coincidence? I think not. I just wonder how Burnett and co. will work it into the game.
My extensions: Adblock BBCode - adds forum code formatting (like on the HTF) to the context menu for form fields. BugMeNot ColorZilla - eyedropper and color picker to determine what value a color found on a web page is. Download Manager Tweak - I use this to open the download...
Patrick - can you tell me where you got this info? I run a Survivor pool that gives points for each vote, but I couldn't track down the two unrevealed votes.
Stacy - I don't know if you're being sarcastic or if this is spoiler material, but if it's the latter, I suggest you put it in spoiler tags sooner than later. A lot of people (myself included) prefer to wait for the episodes to air.
