I've had Monsters HD for a few months now and anything that should be 1.33.1 is shown 1.85.1 from what i've seen. So I wouldn't go by them for proper aspect ratio.

Does anybody know how to identify the corrected discs in a store? Any help would be appreciated.

I just scanned through both discs (not every cartoon) and the only one that looked misframed to me was cannibal capers. Certainly not everything on the set.

I am so frustrated with this. I have emailed them now 3 times and haven't even received a response. Anybody know why this could happen?

I bought this today and just finished watching it. The video quality is pretty good...about as good as music videos get. The sound is stereo and sounds great. No extras...just the 7 videos. Too bad...should've included the rest.

I don't think it's the layer change because once it freezes it's frozen completely until I forward to the next chapter.

I was wondering if anyone has had any problem with freezing on the Snow White Platinum dvd. While watching the film, the disc freezes during the scene where Snow White first arrives at the dwarfs' cottage and begins cleaning with the animals. I believe it's at approximately the 28 minute point...

No problems on my copy.

Is this still coming out on May 13? It appears to be coming out on the 20th on the Disney dvd site.

Anybody else have to adjust black level on this disc? I put the disc in last night on a regular tv and the "black bars" were gray. After adjusting the black level, it looked ok, but still a little weird.

This great miniseries is on Lifetime Network of all places right now. Anybody know if and when this will ever be on dvd?

Well I received the disc today..a day early and just finished watching it. All i can say is wow! They did a great job on the film...it's light years ahead of the old disc. Finally, I can get rid of it!

Wondering if anyone has seen any reviews of the new Andromeda Strain release yet. I'm looking forward to this release...especially since the old disc is terrible!

I played this disc on the Toshiba sdk610 and it played fine. However, it is a little slow when selecting from the menu. Rebecca does the same thing though.

Strange...I received Aftermath (uk) from BB and it had two copies inside..one stacked on top of the other!

I saw it on tv the other day and it had a somewhat new looking Paramount credit at the beginning. So I would guess that they own rights to it.

I recently got a scan for the BMW dvd from this site and have had trouble getting the size of the image to be large enough for a keep case when printed. I have an HP Deskjet 712C and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to make the image fit. Thanks.
