As far as I can tell the 3750 doesn't do aspect ratio control like the 4700. It only has a feature that allows you to zoom in on parts of the picture.

I had a similar problem with DTS DVDs on my Onkyo receiver/DVD player. It turned out that Onkyo tech support said to either turn off the ReEQ feature OR set your front speakers to LARGE.
Setting the speakers to large worked, but I had to invest in new speakers since my others sounded...
Could be raster ringing. The Mits sets had a real problem with it and a fix was finally implemented. The Panasonic owners (of which I am one) are going through it now. Maybe the Toshibas have it to.
Problem actually had to do with intereference coming off of one of the wires within the set...
