Shouldn't be a problem... you should take the amp up there and try it... just call them in advance and ask them if they can be set up... I think you would like the results a much "fuller" sound than the Clarity's

Thats an okay size, a couple of people are running CLSIIz (nothing but panel) in 12'x12' rooms, secret is to treat the rear wall for reflections... what kind of amplification?
Drew, they are a much bigger panel, far more satisfying sound, and provided that you have adequate amplification, much better bottom end... I'm not sure of the price, they where there last time I checked... as for the 1.6Qrs, I have listened but (not trying to troll or bash) imho they were...
Drew, The Clarity was the first model with the Super Tweety, to fill out the upper ranges, If you have the space and the inclination, audio excellence has a lightly used pair of Requests for sale (they are up at Richmond hill) a much better pair of speakers in nearly every way, prbably a bit...
Aron, head over to here and ask again, you will get lots of great suggestions (much like this site...) www.martinloganowners.com to answer your question, The avr will play ( it might shut down at loud volumes...) but it will not sound as good as it can :D Save up and get a good 2...
Rob, can you select whom you play with. ie is it easy to find your friends? (as simple as knowing their machine name?) THe openvpn method is nice because you can hook up with a specific person and not worry about server loads... Miles
I know that a couple of services exist to allow this but a friend ( the mastermind!) and I had a couple of system link games over the internet yesterday via a couple of linux boxes, and openvpn. It was set up to support ethernet bridging. We tried halo, ( three players on one side and 2 on the...
Just a Note to you Canadian DDr's out there... It is available in Canada, I picked it up today at my EB in the pickering town centre, $89.99... Now to find the ps/2 to xbox adapter... Miles
Emilio, A couple of people on AVS forum tried this combo also with the same results as you. Let me ask you a couple of questions. What firmware are you running on the 350, and also on the Bravo, If you load the newest version of the firmware on the Bravo, you can adjust the timings on the...
Hey guys, I'm sorry I cannot make this meet but just as an FYI for you RP-91 owners... there is a new firmware version posted on AVS for download... v2.59 supposed to improve mp3 play back and also fix some flagging problems... Miles ps. Have a good meet...
Bumb for Lawrence, I know everyone bad mouths Monster but these are fantastic cables, well worth the money if you need Bo-Wire and his price is very fair! Miles
Interesting note... In Canada at Least at my local cinema The Matrix Reloaded was rated as 14A which surprised me with all this Restricted talk going on...
Okay I went again and here are some things... 1)Bane (Bain) Definitely Cut his LEFT hand put the knife in his left hand and shook Neo's hand with His RIGHT hand. (No transfer of blood, Sweat maybe :D ) 2) Our Silk loving French Dude. I was really going with the previous incarnation of the...
Well, where to begin. I'm not sure how I feel about the movie, but it will come to me after a couple of more viewings. Some questions... 1) Anyone notice the Candy the Oracle ate looked just like a Red Pill... (Really neat and totally unimportant...?) 2) In first film The Matrix, you...
John, I have Bi-wired my Aerius, but not bi-amped. I would imagine if you were going to use tubes for the panel and a SS for the woofer you probably would not have a problem. Typically more porblems occur from not supplying Enough power... Miles ps I thought that bi-wiring improved...
Neil, email me a friend of mine who is a local ( GTA) dealer had a unit in stock as of last week... Miles RP-82 that is... edit Called my buddy... All gone as of 1/27/03 sorry! he does still have RP91's though
Mass,
we finally got in at the End of September. Still trying to settle in...(lots of stuff still in boxes :D )coming up on our 90 day list to fix things. On the whole we are happy... and you can hear our HT outside too... haven't had that talk with anyone yet.
Miles
I would opt for the...
Allan,
I'm sure Larry will chime in since he is running ML L/C/R with B&W's as his rears. Due to space considerations I will probably forgo using my Aerius as rears and either use some small psb's or skip the surround channels altogether. The biggest issue you may have is the coherrence of...
I think that this is all very room and system dependant. What are you using for your L/R and what are your room dimensions? I believe that originally Martin Logan made the cinema to match Aerius/ SL3's /scenario/ scripts( or what would be Aeon/Ascent...) and the Theater to match their larger...
John,
I know what you mean. You walk into a store and they treat you like crap and then expect you to drop a ton of money. Funnily enough I have heard of a place in Ottawa, who offers 100% value if you double the money you spend on the next purchase with in a calender year... The PMC's I have...
John, Unless I miss my mark it isn't as common a practice up here in the Great White North as it is down south. I Have probably 2 dealers that I have dealt with for a while that permit me to home audition. What are you trying to borrow if you don;t mind me asking... and from whom :-) Miles
