Ron is speaking of the montage set to classical music where Saul says "It's showtime folks!" to the mirror as we see his public defender business take off.

With Amazon Prime's $72 sale, I now have Prime Music. So I cancelled Beats Music.. I like the interface and curators of Beats, but for sheer volume of tunes, I can't deny Amazon Prime.
So I've been listening to classic country via Amazon Prime Music. Gotta love No Show Jones.
So now PBS is not the lesser of the broadcasts. Can we turn this around and detect where definite edits have occurred? The Jimmy scene was cut on the blu-Ray and the iTunes and the iTunes claims to be the UK version.
Thanks. Most of the cuts are a snippet here or there, like bits with the schoolteacher and Daisy. The one with Jimmy was just kind of odd since the broadcast PBS version had more than the home video version. And the only reason I noticed it was because I had just seen PBS ep 2 followed by iTunes.
Actually there's a cut in the UK version that appeared in the PBS version. This cut was also in the iTunes version, which claims to be the UK version. The cut scene is where Jimmy says goodbye to Anna and Mrs Hughes in the stairwell right before he expresses a rather fond farewell for Thomas...
By and large I would say that consumers don't care about quality. Digital Quality is an oxymoron. I like HDTracks a lot for the remastered brought to the table, and I am a fan of SACD/DVD-A when they are 5.1.
Right now it has a solid red light. I turn it on and it clicks rapidly 3 times, light goes solid green, color wheel spins, then it turns off.I have a replacement lamp that I can use, but there was no rapid clicking involved the last time I did it.
I am surprised that I've not seen this mentioned here. Amazon just announced via email that Kiss Me Kate is coming March 3 for $17.99 from Warner. It's time to Brush up your Shakespeare!
I came into some Christmas money so I completed the 24/192 Simon & Garfunkel collection, and 24/96 Springsteen (Born to Run and Born in the USA). Happy ears.
I can confirm that the new blu-ray is MONO when the old DVD is stereo.
It's clearly a different master, probably going back to the original broadcast. The reason I say that? The DVD starts with the title Into the Woods. The blu-ray starts with American Playhouse.
Mine showed up today along with Mr. Smith Goes To Washington. Rather than rehash an old transfer, Woods is linear PCM for sound and AVC for picture. It looks fine, perhaps as good as standard def material can.
I came across that recording of Pacific Overtures on YouTube...copied it before someone decided to pull it. There's also a fairly bad recording of Merrily We Roll Along out there with the original cast. It's amazing what you can find if you look hard enough. Oh yes, I found a pro-shot Hedwig...
I picked up the DVD of Pink Floyd so I could rip it. Today, HDTracks released the Simon & Garfunkel studio albums plus the Concert in Central Park in 24/192 hi-res. They also released the George Harrison Apple Years set in 24/96 hi-res. There is a coupon code for 15 percent off, HDNOV15. Bridge...
And to think that if his original career path had worked out, Mr. Capra would have been a chemical engineer. When 20/20 did his obituary, they showed what was supposed to be his college diploma from Cal Tech. It was actually Capra's membership certificate to Tau Beta Pi, the National...
The B&B Theater in Texas is very close, but their idea of a giant screen is 50-feet wide. One nice feature in this auditorium is a balcony with recliners and food/drink service with an open bar.
I saw this cold at the USA Film Festival in Dallas on their biggest screen. The violence really surprised me, then again I did not know this was an R-rated movie. I think the screening was before the MPAA rated it. Great film, must be seen in a big screen to fully appreciate it.
