I loved Jude with Kate Winslet. I hope this get's released uncensored on dvd here in the states. Probablly be hard to find it in any theaters unless you live in NY or LA.

I totally agree that the seats suck, but when the show starts the sound and picture are outstanding. Will you back up my assesment that you didn't see any jaggies on the new kodak?

I can say with very good confidence, that the credits on the new Kodak were not jagged. I was looking very carefully at both the opening scroll and the credits.

I never said the new Kodak one was 4k. I just know that I've seen many movies on the older generation dlp, and this new kodak digital projector, which I think is not dlp but just digital, looks better then the older generation texas instruments. I can't wait to see what 4k looks like. ;)

That would be the one. The actual theater itself sucks(no stadium seating, uncomfortable chairs, and somewhat small) but the sound and the kodak dlp make you forget your surroundings when it starts. I'm catching my sixth and seventh viewing of ROTS this week...

If you like the old dlp projectors, wait till you see the new one that kodak came out with. I have two theaters near me that have dlp projectors. One had the older Texas Instrument variety, while the other just recieved the first Kodak next generation. The new kodak blows the older generation...

I don't believe that story for a second, but I would welcome it if it were true. I'd love to see 100's of jedi and sith take on each other with Yoda starring in the films. Maybe we could see more of Yoda's species.

So I saw ROTS for my fourth time on the new Kodak DLP near me yesterday. It blows current generation dlp technology away. The biggest diffrence I noticed on the new Kodak is that letters don't have that tv look to them any more. I also noticed it was much brighter and had more vivid colors. The...

Lucas has been known to change or edit lines in his films(i.e. "You're lucky you don't taste very good" to "You were lucky to get out of there". I wouldn't be suprised if we see some changes in the future.

I wish I was in that theater. I felt like a canned sardine. I guess it didn't help that I went to one of the few dlp theaters in my state. :)
