Got mine yesterday, all in total, 7 weeks to the day I priority mailed it back to Universal. Thanks to Universal for willing to do this at no cost for owners with the original defective DVD. I have not had a chance to watch yet, looking forward to it on Saturday. Eric

My experiences mirrored those of others exactly. Sears, BB, Circuit City, and the regional store here in Cleveland, B&B appliance, none of the sales people had a clue what they were talking about. The only stores that have an idea of what HDTV is all about are the high end stores...

What about the 65 Mits? I beleive it can be dismantled into 2 pieces thus allowing for deliver in tight places. Also, they are the only ones guaranteeing that their sets are upgradeble for the new firewire protection scheme that may or may not come into play a few years down the road...

Sears will price match, but they now will charge you shipping for what it would cost to have it delivered from the internet.
