Looking at the set in the store (tweeter)and talking with the sales guys (hehe) and there are 2 component inputs. One is HD, the 480i or 480p. Now my question is IF the second input IS a 480p OR 480i input, why would a progressive scan player NOT work in the second component input at 480p...

So one 1080 HD Port for HDTV And one 480p Port for progressive scan DVD right?????

Short story- New TV has just arrived. Sony KP-57XBR10W It only has one HD-Component Video Input. I plan on buying a Progressive Scan DVD Player once the set is installed. I also will have a dish with HDTV feed from Direct TV. Also there will be multiple HD-Component Video Input Signals...
