+1 I enjoyed the pilot but the second episode had a good many logical errors. The very clumsy "book 'em Danno" at the end ruined what little enjoyment I gained.
I saw it and hated it. Why did I watched? I had company that loved it. The SciFi channel (or whatever it is called now) has been reduced to a few "good" programs.
This past episode was the best ever to me. How they are going to wrap it up is a mystery to me. There are just too many questions in my mind. I am glad that I stuck with it.
I enjoyed this one (although parts of it were very disturbing). We are finally getting an idea on what the "company" is and its recruitment methods. We still need to know so much more.
How would you feel if you were executed and then resurrected? I think her recovery was very quick, but the series ends (Does it really?) real soon now. If the series really comes to an adequate conclusion, it won't be very fulfilling. I think it will short and dirty and leave many questions...
This wasn't satisfying end of the season. In fact, the last two episodes should have been rolled into one. Don't know if I will watch this next season.
TWC's problem is that EVERY national program has a weather person and they are quite detailed. TWC is trying to fight the with some diversification. It isn't working
The religion of the STO seems to be the same as the Cylons' religion in BSG. I think we are seeing the genesis not only of the Cylons but their religion.
I hope the writers stay on point and not flip and flop around ala "Lost" and "Hero". Those are good programs, but Caprica is supposed to get us to the war and how it came about.
This could be a perfect "cloud" machine. This way you could run the more powerful applications (even software devopment tool) without having to lug around a big clunky laptop. All it would need is more wifi (free) availability. The major companies are jumping on the cloud concept.
Final thought on spoilers for me. This may not be a good analogy... But I don't recall many of us spoiling the original BSG series when making comparisons. Surely there was greater time gap between them and BSG than BSG and Caprica. I would even venture to guess that some of the contributers to...
Too many unecessary spoilers (IMHO). If it has to do with "ancient history" or BSG (both of which are in the public domain) why do so? Just do the research!
The use of Zoe's human voice is the same as having people speaking one language and then seamlessly speaking English. Its been used for decades in the movies, etc. Having Zoe's character embedded in the cylon body is very logical (I think) after all she is a believer in one god and in BSG the...
