Read the review.Excellent review. I hope you don't mind me quoting this line "Remember, IF the DVD sells...," When I went to Best Buy Tuesday, they only had ONE copy(which was already bought before I got there) Circuit City had TWO, not in the release section, but the horror...
Damn. That is one of the best mini series ever on Television.
And acorn doesn't accept checks, or money orders.
Anyway, here's a link to the Tinker DVD(Brandon's link wouldn't work)

Damn, again:frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
Oh, man, I cannot wait for the DVD.
Just watched ROTLD on TMC and it has got me drooling for the DVD
What a classic movie.
Got a question. There's a poster on the wall in Burt's office which looks like one of those tests that Opticians give you(y'know, "Can you read line four?")
Anyway...
Heads up. According the this week's TV Guide, The Movie Channel will be showing The Return Of The Living Dead on Friday, July 5th at 10:35pm(right after Jason Goes To Hell).
Can't wait to watch it!
Did I convert the currency correctly? 14.30 USD for the King Kong DVD? And, how much for shipping since my French is as bad as my German. Meaning I couldn't translate French, or German, if my wife's life depended on it. Oh, and has anyone ordered from Cinestore?
Jack Ketchum's Off Season, and, The Girl Next Door(one of the most disturbing books ever written.) Simon Clark's Blood Crazy(great apocalyptic novel), and Darkness Demands(superb) Jame's Herbert's The Rats, The Fog, and, Fluke(not horror per se, but, an excellent book nonetheless) Joe...
I'd like to know the name of the movie in which Buster Keaton, running from the cops(I think), jumps through a mans stomach to escape. Also, there is a scene I remember in which a side of a house falls down toward Buster and he escapes injury because the window was open. It's been YEARS...
I'm buying it. I don't care if there is going to be an SE down the road, I'm buying it. I have been wanting this movie in my horror collection for years.
Awesome news.
Thank you.
Yup, I'll definitely agree with Max. Dead Alive is a classic.
But, I don't own the DVD because I would like to know what version is the best version to get. Is it the US release, or is there another complete version out there?
I know the US release is unrated, but I heard there is an uncut...
I watched a couple of movies last night.
Session 9 is a very creepy, eerie movie. It's set in an insane asylum. Actually it was filmed in an abandoned asylum. The place is FEAR itself. It's not gorey, but it is one superb horror movie.
My wife, who watched it with me, told me to go upstairs...
Well, I went out to Sam's Club today and purchased a Daewoo 5800. Punched in the code on the remote and I am now offically region free :)
Not bad for $95.
I checked it out and it played my region 3 Audition, and my region 2 PAL discs as well.
I personally get more involved watching a movie on...
KING KONG? One of my all time favorite movies is available on DVD?
Anyone have the disc and give a review?
I know it's not gore, but it's one of the all time classic monster movies.
To keep in the subject, I just received Versus, albeit on *gulp* VHS *ducks*. Will watch it this weekend...
There is a review of Subconscious Cruelty on Mondo Digital.
Sounds interesting.
Wow! Diabolik wants $49.99 for the DVD!
Too much for my blood.
Pity, word is that it won't be released in the states for another couple of years.
I also heard that Cradle Of Fear will not be uncut when it is...
Has anyone seen Cradle Of Fear starring Danni of Cradle Of Filth(a black metal band)?
It's supposed to be gorey and disturbing.
And for those of you that have seen Grapes Of Death how good is the decapitation scene? I've heard it's pretty realistic.
There is another movie mentioned in Rue...
Opeth
Immortal
Iced Earth
Helloween
Cathedral
Arch Enemy
Anvil
Armoured Saint
Accept
Therion
Thin Lizzy
WASP
I'm almost 40 and have been listening to Metal since I was 15.
No-one I know at home or work listens to Metal. I am alone in my madness :)
Anyway, there are so many bands to...
Absolutely awesome movie!
Peter Jackson has done an incredible job, and I cannot wait to get my hands on the DVD that will hopefully be jam packed with goodness(if New Line can afford to pay Peter for his commentary :) )
I have been trying to get my wife to go see this movie(she rarely goes...
Someone is selling GTA 3 on eBay saying that it is banned everywhere.
Seems like a whole load of you know what, but, I'm out of the loop and am trying to save up the money for a PS2 because of all the awesome reviews for GTA 3, MGS2,Soul Reaver 2 et al and need to know whether GTA 3 has, or...
I told my wife that CSI(one of our favorite shows) was on at the same time as The Victoria Secret fashion show and was going to have to make a difficult decision.
Her look told me what I will be taping Thursday
Hmmmmmmmm...., maybe someone at work...,
Vince
thanks for the pics.
Looks sweet.
Graeme- thanks for the link. Took a few refeshes, but the page came up.
I'm assuming the trailers are not showing the actual finished product.
I mean they'll be tweaking the effects days before the release. Won't they?
And knowing George Lucas...
I used to use Photopoint, but now you have to pay.
All I want to do it post my pics for eBay selling(I want to buy a PS2), so I just need hosting for a week, or two.
Any sites you can recommend?
I rarely, if ever, read fantasy. But, thanks to the internet and many posters on numerous forums, I picked up A Clash Of Kings to see if it was just overrabid hype.
It wasn't. This series is absolutely incredible and I would recommend it to anyone that reads for pleasure.
Another one to...
Give me a bug movie anyday.
I love 'em
Now, if they would do a movie with giant Army Ants,I'd be happy. Those are some of the most fierce creatures on this planet. Nothing gets in their way.
Nothing
