Just opened my copy (received from Amazon) and wanted to grab the digital copy while I was watching football.
The paper insert has nothing written in the box where the download code is supposed to be printed.
Anybody else have this problem?

Christina Hendricks is now engaged to Geoffrey Arend. You might not recognize his name, but he's the guy from Super Troopers with the line:
"The snozzberries taste like snozzberries."
No, I'm not joking. That guy. Really. For real.
What?
Brad
I thought Sienna looked like Angie Dickinson. I was surprised that none of the women at the reunion show looked shockingly like someone had used the makeup shotgun on them. Brad
I clicked through to your profile, so that's +1 for you. The only thing that you've been in that I've seen is the Psych episode, but I'm looking forward to your work as "Dancing Policeman #4".
I like that the second most common "plot keyword" for your body of work is "female nudity". Well...
Should I work up the math on how cheap it is from scratch? Last time around I didn't even bother attempting any kind of tomato based sauce (since I usually just heat up diced tomatoes with sausage or mushrooms before baking the pie), and I drizzled the dough with olive oil instead. Damn! I...
I just got the set and since I had seen this discussion I scanned through the pilot episode that I still had on TiVo (yes, 7 years later - that's how much I liked the show) to see what songs had been replaced. Here's the list that I noted: Joan Jett and the Blackhearts - "Crimson and Clover"...
I wanted to join in the discussion again, but most of it looks like this. ...which is not unusual for an After Hours thread. Does anyone know the population density needed for large primates (Hominids primarily, considering the size implications of the Bigfoot "evidence") to thrive or...
Last year I got a bread machine because I got tired of not having bread around for sandwiches. I think I've actually only used it three times to bake bread and at least thirty times to mix pizza dough. I used to always do it by hand, but I was never patient enough to let it rise properly. Using...
It's seems like an interesting idea until you account for the low-Earth orbit satellites that have inclined orbits yet do not have propulsion systems to "dodge" the tether. Sure, the odds are large that they won't cross the equatorial plane at the site of the elevator for any given orbit, but...
Bryan, I've been consulting with my own experts, and they tell me that these "Bigfoot" creatures are just a myth. And my experts would also like to collectively inform the prepubescent girls of the world that they actually resent all the feminization of their noble and robust culture. They do...
My Auction League drafted yesterday. Unfortunately it's only a 10 teamer this year: QB: Brett Favre ($7); Jake Delhomme ($10*) RB: LaDanian Tomlinson ($67); Earnest Graham ($23); Chris Perry ($5); Rashard Mendenhall ($2) WR: Calvin Johnson ($26); Marvin Harrison ($15); Nate Burleson ($12*)...
Phase I of Identity Theft Scheme: Get people on an internet forum dedicated to an expensive hobby to voluntarily give their names, locations, and dates of birth. Phase II: "Some people believe that this numerological formula using a standard 9 digit SSN reveals secret truths about the...
So they have made limited exceptions for couriers, but once again that is a different service from the delivery of first class mail. I guess the point that I am making is that there are numerous exceptions that have been made since the inception of postal services that have allowed...
I saw the dot next to this thread and wondered if I had sleeptyped something recently without having any recall of the action. Nope - just this two year old thread... but since Jimi did address me directly, I shall respond:
This is a complete non-sequitur, and your supposition is also...
Robert - Does your girlfriend have an opinion on your situation? She seems to be the person most able to help you find new friends since you say she is so good at it. Have you talked to her about this? And what happened to the friends that you knew growing up or in college? Did you stay in...
That's where I went wrong and that's probably where you started reading criticisms into the text and began responding to an attack. I'm sorry about that. Kiss and make up? Back to the thread - where's Robert? Brad
He hasn't been active on the forum since about half an hour after he made the post - but that's not necessarily abnormal for someone with a new house. And his current girlfriend situation is summed up in the thread about buying that new house. Brad
IMO, you're projecting these attitudes onto a stereotype more than perceiving them from anyone participating in this thread. While I'll certainly dismiss any suggestions that don't appeal to me personally, let me be clear that I'm not judging anyone that does enjoy them. (Heck, my purchasing of...
Did I actually give that impression? I think the key disagreement I have with your interpretation is the use of the phrase "automatically desired by everyone". I don't think that introverts expect to be accepted by anyone automatically. Personally, I've always suspected that 95% of the world's...
I haven't specifically taken a cooking class, but I'm actually pretty darn good at feeding myself and occasionally my friends since I've been doing it for half my life. I've been wanting to take a welding class but I haven't found anything local in the past. I bet all the lonely hawt chicks...
I travel 2.6 miles each way, on a recumbent trike unless it's really raining hard. More and more people seem to be riding bikes along my route every week. And my truck only has 28k miles on it, after 6 1/2 years of ownership. Brad
I think you guys are fighting against a strawman with most of your points - at least with respect to anything that I've written. This wallowing in self-pity, friendless loser character that you're addressing isn't me, nor do I suspect that it is anyone else here. I've got plenty of friends, and...
I suspect that my point (or more accurately my complaint about the advice) was obscured by all my blah blah blah, so I'll try to clarify it. I'm suggesting to Robert and others like myself that forcing the situation and adapting your introverted personality to socialize with the masses in...
