The graphic novel after the episode revealed Null and HRG arriving on the scene right after Eden shot herself. HRG pumped Sylar full of tranq darts before he could do anything.
Perhaps, but they were actively engaged in trying to capture him. To this point, Bennett seems to know not only who has abilities, but what those abilities are, so I think if he was persuing someone who could could obviously use his ability to get away, Bennett would have shut him down if...
I don't think Specs or the Haitian have the ability to cancel powers. As was pointed out a few posts up, they were both standing right next to Nathan when he went Mach 1 on them. Sylar "knows" how things work. I believe he pulled a Superman II and tinkered with whatever was inhibiting his...
Yes, but as Neil pointed out, if he had in fact been collecting them (those bottles were full) for that long a period, he would not have needed to steal Wilson's scrip pad. And House's behavior can not all be attributed to his addiction. When the cop storyline started, I was torn. House's...
I don't think the political gain was his primary motive in doing this. I think it was a preemptive strike in case his brother actually tried to tell anyone about his abilities. The political gain was just a bonus. RG
I'm figuring her rape was bogus. The others are probably real. I figure she (and possibly a few others of the feminist group) had already decided that the frat was responsible and decided to stage her rape to run them off campus.

Actually, D.L.'s powers are a direct comparison to Kitty Pryde (a.k.a. Sprite, Shadowcat) of the X-Men. And we don;t know that everyone's powers are only just now appearing. It actually seems that D.L. has had his for some time. The precog also seems to have had his for a while. I have a...
Re: the settings issue. This unit has a "power off" button in addition to an "on/standby" button. As long as you don't turn the power completely off, or unplug it, it retains it's settings. It's a great sounding preamp. RG
But they could have held back the "freeze" button until the last minute to at least give it a shot. THe upside if Niam was successful was tremendous. And they were merely caught in the middle before. Now that they destroyed the Asuran flying city, I imagine the replicators are going to think...
Is anyone else extremely frustrated that they blew up the replicator city without even giving them the chance to hear the argument that the 'traitor' (can't remember his name) was going to forward? They certainly could have held the destruction of the city back as plan B. Now they have yet...
True. The impression that I got was that they were going to need a number of gates placed in the void, as it is too wide to cross with a single gate. ANd as you pointed out, one they getinto the milky way, they just use one of the local gates to jump to Earth. RG
Well, manned would work, if they placed the gates on habitable planets. But this way, they don;t have to have a local DHD, they can just use the unit on the jumper. And it's not really so much linking gates as making a bunch of sequential gate jumps. RG
The argument that the Ori are using is so full of holes I don't hink there's much room for muddying the distinction. Plus, I don't think the SG writers are capable of JMS's level of writing. RG
Actually, there were pretty strong inferences in the episode that pointed to Lamb having endured some similar abuse at the hands of his father that we saw at Meg's house. I think he was strongly thinking about doing something right for a change. RG
I figured... billionaire with security issues = cleared wing. No problem with plausibility on that one. And given Lex's experience with meteor freaks, I'm not surprised he chose the scattergun approach. RG
Cheryl, that's exactly along the lines I was thinking. I still cannot figure out how two people apparently as intelligent as Veronica and Duncan thought this was a good idea. The only possible catch I can think of is that he might have made himself vulnerable to a statutory rape charge. This...
OK, maybe I'm dense, but if Duncan really is the baby's father and he is now over 18, then why did they abandon the idea of suing for custody of the baby? I know Celeste was against it, but it seems that a biological father who is in the setup that Duncan is(was) shouldn't have problems getting...
Going back a couple of episodes (and addressing the topic of unaddressed plot points), why has there been no discussion of trying to find the ships that Cain supposedly looted and abandoned? RG
I thought they did a pretty good job of explaining the tactics in the previous episode. The Cylons did have some raiders patrolling the resurrection ship, but likely didn't have it heavily covered because they figured it could jump away before getting into any real danger. Normally they would...
My problem with the concept of doing a nearly-direct adaptation of the game to a movie is that you might as well just show an edited recording of someone running through the actual game complete with the associated cinematics. Toss in a couple of animated filler scenes and you've pretty much got...
I think the storyline is fine for the game. But for a movie, I think they need to adapt something more along the lines of The Fall of Reach, which can actually incorporate character development. Oh well, I will definitely be following the developments. RG
Scary, but I find myself agreeing with Kain. I was really hoping they would not do a direct adaptation of the game, and that's what this sounds like. RG
Well, with all of the comments that were made about her when she simply walked down some stairs, I can imagine there will be some interesting observations from a stripper act :D RG
