I don't like credit monitoring, because that's all it does is monitor your credit bureau. What if someone files a tax return with your SSN? Just happened to a friend. What if someone runs up a ton of medical bills in your name? Lifelock is going to do anything for you. I used ID theft insurance...
I'm getting a bit tired of the show, myself. I mean, it's still my "must see" show, but really, get rid of Jesse, and let's get back to the business at hand. Fiona, Michael and Sam kickin butt. And, let's make them a team again. There is too much arguement and anger between them...
I was working security at Six Flags St. Louis in 1987, sitting in the employee entrance. Suddenly, I look up and Mark Wilson is walking toward the gate. I got up, and asked one of the people who was with him, "Is that Mark Wilson?". She said, "do you recognize him?" I said sure, Mark Wilson...
I was actually applying for a card with the retailer, and was declined a new card. I checked my credit bureau to make sure there was nothing wrong. It must of just been an issue with the retailer's lousy credit card company. The second retailer had no problem getting me credit, so all is...
Situation Solved: We went to another retailer, they price matched, no, price beat, and we now have a beautiful large 1080p television in our living room.
I finally broke down, and decided I was going to buy a new TV, so I landed on a 55" Samsung LED. Oh, man, was I loving this TV. I have a large check that I need to deposit (won't go in until Tuesday and then will probably be held 10 days), so I figured I would get the stores credit card, and...
Not loving the new guy. As it's been said, there is such a chemistry between Sam, Fiona and Michael, that pushing a 4th person in strains everything. Also, Michael seems to be a little less "cool" lately. He argues about everything, and is kind of a douche to everyone else, more so then...
So, Gilroy is gone, huh? With not even a kiss goodbye from Michael. Wow, so someone really doesn't like Michael. Hired Gilroy just to get to Michael.
It will be interesting to see the cliff hanger they throw at us next week.
Love this show.
I no longer worry about my credit score. I closed all my accounts except for my house, and still have a score in the 800's.
Your fico score is simply a representation of your ability to go into debt. It doesn't say anything about how well you handle money, or how honest you are, or if you...
My favorite part of this weeks episode was when you first see Larry sitting on the rail upstairs in Michael's apartment. Tim Matheson is sitting there exactly the same way he does at the end of Fletch, when Fletch comes in to expose the plan. Took me two viewings to notice it, but it made me...
I've not carried a credit card for the past 2 years. Closed out everything (and man, that's not as easy as it sounds. They don't want you to close out your account) We got out of revolving debt, and plan to keep it that way. We only have our house to pay off and one vehicle,
FYI, I got my...
It hasn't done anything for me. There were some interesting plots, but I'm just not into it. I can't stop seeing Edna Mode everytime Linda Hunt comes on.
I thought the same thing, until they found a shell casing and powder burns by a tree, and said she couldn't have seen the shooting.
Was it me, or was there a little "something" going on between Mary and the witness?
This week's episode is the Monk I like to watch. It's about him, his character, and why he is the way he is. It's not the fumbling bafoon solves crimes gimmick that too many episodes fall into. It was about him, and I loved it.
That was an awesome episode. Michael offing Strickler was great. And his realizing just how much he love Fiona added a lot to the show.
Can't wait for winter. Or for when Jeffrey get's out of jail.
I looked on it as 2 hours I could have spent doing anything else. It was contrived, boring, and way too complicated. So, we have Lost in Space meets Star Trek meets X-Files meets Days of our Lives.
Feh.
I kinda enjoyed the fact that the guy was trapped for 12 years in an interdimensional whatzie doozie, and all he had to do was open the cover and turn the watch 90 degrees. That simple.
Everything doesn't have to be complicated.
The series is allright. Nothing I would rush home to see, but...
Wow, really sorry you had another attack. Knock on wood, I haven't had one in 4 years, although I had a small dizzy spell a couple of months ago that I think was more sinus related. It was terrifying for a few minutes, though.
I dread the thought of ever going through that again. I'm praying...
I've met Tony Baxter (the main narrator) and heard him speak during Walt Disney World's Leadership conference. He is a truly amazing man, and definitely tells it like it is. I remember part of his powerpoint presentation showed a picture of Lion King, and said, "How did we go from this (Lion...
I watched the episode with Sulu. Not bad. The acting is pretty bad, but overall production quality is great. The story drug a bit here and there, and could have been 10 minutes shorter, but I'd give it a solid B.
Ok, so after a B- season opener, we get an A for the second episode. Loved so many things. My favorite is Sam's gunshot that got everyone else shooting. Welcome back, Michael!
Yes, I watched the show twice. I'm not arguing that they tried to explain his actions. I'm arguing that those actions were not very consistant with the character as has been developed over the past few years. I don't like it when characters actions are written "out of character" for story...
So, I've been with my "good neighbor" for all my insurance for 28 years. But, this year, they announced they were cancelling all of their home owners insurance policies in Florida because it's too expensive for them. That really irked me (we want your money, but if we have to pay some out, we're...
Ok, then why did the police let him go so easily? He never appeared in court. If he's held for treason, I'm guessing he wouldn't still be in a Miami jail. He'd be extradited to a secret facility. And it would take more than an "old buddy" to get him sprung. I just think it was sloppy writing...
I thought it was interesting how both Shrek and Farquad were played by Nathan Lane!?!?! Hello. Shrek had a scottish accent, people. Not an effeminate New York accent. But the highlight was seeing Bret Michaels bite it after his lip sync.
I was a bit disappointed in the season premier. I love this series, and watch all the old episodes, but thought this one lost a bit of the permise. First, why would Michael be arrested for walking out of the ocean? Makes no sense. Second, why would he let himself get arrested? He's evaded...
