Why are some TV shows on SyFy showing black bars at the sides on a widescreen HD show? I can't seem to get rid of them. Its like a black box around the program. It only seems to be like this on SYFY HD.

I can't seem to get my any Blu-ray to play in DTS or DD. It plays in DTS Neo 6. or PCM. Everything is hooked up HDMI. I'm lost in this.

Any recommendations. I don't have a lot to spend. Circuit City told me a Polk 10.

I'm very disappointed. Its my first Blu-ray purchase & I assumed all the extras were on there from the DVD version. I'll be reading the labels better next time. I hate the spoilerish motion menu's. :angry:

Am I the only one that seems to have sore eyes while watching SD on a Digital TV? I also had the same problem watching Video-Cds years ago. Everyone else I know seems to be fine.
