The classics are the classics (Wright, David, Carlin) so here are my favorites for right now. Dave Attell Jim Norton (If you have XM check him out on Opie and Anthony) Bill Burr Adam Ferrara Sarah Silverman Bob Saget Dane Cook Patrice O'Neill Stephne Lynch Bonnie Mcfarlane Kevin
I am playing it and it reminds me a lot of early madden on the PS1. Control is strictly passing icons with no pump fakes and limited "precision passing", also the yellow cone is not available, nor are laterals. Still, great to have a portable football game so at least worth a look. Kevin
"Who's got two thumbs and hates Todd Packer...This guy!" also, Dwight's particular quesiton that he asked the HR guy had me laughing so hard I thought I was gonna choke. oh yeah, "The only thing I am worried about...is getting a boner." Classic. Kevin
I can offer that FX is currently (starting this past Saturday the 24th) running three episodes each Saturday night to lead up to the Saturday before the season premiere. If I guess correct then that places the new season in January as someone previously suggested. Kevin
I think that there are at least four more left, though there may be six left as I remember reading that the number doubled this season from last from 8 to 16. Kevin
I never really thought much of it until I wondered if Tom's "harsh" reaction back to the guy was a sign to show people that Tom is in fact a "mans man" and that he is not the whining and overjoyous lovestruck "wuss" that everyone has been saying. either way, great actor, ridiculous situation.
Just a quick reminder that the final (how sad does that make you?) season starts next week on Monday instead of Sunday. I can't wait to see how this all wraps up. Kevin
"Rock Around The Clock" is indeed included. This is a great set, and the fact that it lacks one song shouldn't let anyone keep from buying it. The commentaries and character profiles featuring the cast and crew are fantastic. Besides, who needs Five for Fighting when you can hear The Shins...
Ok, the good news is that I am all the way through disc one and there is no music missing at all. Even the secondary songs (e.g. Elliott and JD in the supply closet with the Buzzcock's Ever Fallen In Love playing) are there. And let me tell you that this set is worth every penny. The bad...
There are supposedly songs missing. I just got the set for review and the only episode I have viewed so far is the pilot and the original music is intact. But as I said above there is likely to be some missing, sad, since season one had some great music throughout. I am getting set to dig...
From The Watercooler column at tvguide.com that reflects on the previous nights TV:
LOL!!! I don't think I will ever tire of anyone telling Dutchboy that he has to be hungry, like the wolf. Kevin dOc!
Good episode last night! I really like that the show just seems to move effortlessly from week to week, almost like no time was lost at all. That said, I absolutely loved Ted's "business card" and the fact that attorney was spelled wrong on it. i also loved Turks comment about the huge...
I agree that this latest episode was top notch all the way but I am curious... My DVR had a glitch or something and I lost abut ten minutes in the middle of the episode. Was the Reverend (?) in on the dealings? I gathered since the stuff was in the candles and he would sort of have to know...
"it was the first sip of alchohol Buster had had since he was breast fed. Great. Is this the first time we have found out that Buster's first name is Byron? Also, anyone notice Franklin during the intervention flashback? Kevin
I think that the season has gotten steam after all of the third season pour over and our introduction to new characters. I love that Dutch went behind claudette's back which is gonna get him (and has already to some extent) into trouble. By the way, ...so claudette's a stoner :)...
FYI, The get arrested site has been updated with a new clip. Sorry if this is old news but I found it funny and wanted to share. It is from the Sunday episode that features Zach Braff (great choice for the show) as the director/creator of the Girls With Low Self Esteem series. Judy Greer seems...
Joel, I agree. This game has sucked me in like no game has in a very long time. I just got a 55" plasma this week and when I put this game in I nearly wept. I am currently in Pandora's temple and am remembering why I still have my PS2. Kevin
"And I won an award too, Saddest !!" -Buster "Yeah and I saw some of those people that was not an easy category." -Michael Also, "Hey, Campers" and "If he isn't Gay then I am sober" Kevin
I consider myself a huge fan of Scrubs, through repeats and downloads I have seen every episode of the show at least three times I believe. And last nights was by far I think the best the show has ever been. Between this episode and last years My Screwup with Brendan Fraser it is clear that this...
I agree that Constantine didn't do his best last night and the fact that Bo did so well may signal that Constantine, who looks lesser in comparison may go this week. But I actually thought that Nikko was the best, he had the emotion in the song down, hit all of his notes, and was very...
I agree and I loved the fact that we got to see all of the supporting characters outside the hospital. Also, the Todd's apartment decor and rules almost made me spit my soda across the room. Kevin
