I watched the new spinoff show "NCIS" last night in HD and was impressed. I like the characters and the production values of the show. Of course this is the opening show so they may have spent more on it than normal. I especially like the doctor "Ducky" played by David McCallum.

Man they must really have parsed it from it's very long running time down to fit a two hour slot. It will be the first time it has been shown in any other format other than "Foolscreen". I guess the DVD coming out soon will be in 2:20 like they original 70mm print. ABC shows it at 7PM.
