One thing to keep in mind when comparing the Outlaw and Denon and true "high end" pre amps like Lexicon..as you move up the scale in amplifier and speaker qualities the performance gap will widen considerably between them. Although I'm certain you are not getting 4 or 6 grand of "quality" sound...

Mark- I wouldn't call the improvements in the MC-12 over the MC-1 night and day. I don't think there is a HUGE difference in the quality of sound between the 2..but the MC-12's bass management and new Logic 7 are really the reasons I went with it. I don't use DPLII, or some of the DTS...

Nope...the MC-1 has been "replaced" by the new flagship MC-12 from Lexicon. The MC-1 will do everything out there surround sound wise thats important right now (at least IMO). I just purchased a new MC-12, and kept my MC-1 to trade in on a newer processor down the road. Lexicon is coming out...

I ordered my RP91 a few days ago, and got a confirmation saying its BACKORDERED. Has anyone heard of any places that have these in stock? J&R is the only place I've found it reasonable...at 509 delivered. I have seen prices quoted around 425-460, though.....any ideas?

If you are running the wire in-wall, without any sheetrock in place, then your best bet is to use a 90 degree drill and run plastic conduit thru the studs. Then you can pull your wire thru the conduit, and if it ever has to be replaced, its as simple as pulling it out, and pulling a new wire...
