I purchased a refurbed unit off of Ebay for around that same back in November. Haven't had a single problem with it! I figured for that price it was worth the risk. I have been extremely happy with it.
What would a good price be for all 7 titles? There's an auction on Ebay that's currently going for about $300 after shipping. That's around $43 a title. Wouldn't it be cheaper to try buying them individually at local stores and on Ebay as individuals.
I've watched a bunch of them also. I think the best ones so far are 'Beat the Devil' and 'Star' (the one with Guy Ritchie and Madonna). I'm a huge fan of Don Cheadle, but the one he was in (Ticker) didn't do much for me. don't answer it.... that guy scares me.....
I just saw them in DC a few weeks ago. They didn't play Come together or Hard Days Night, but they did play a few songs in honor of George Harrison. 'Here Comes the Sun' was one of them and I can't remember what else. I saw both the 1/13 and the 1/20 shows and they did do some different songs...
Thanks for all the replies. Here's the latest. I tried making sure everything was turned off before firing up the router and then turning on the PCs. It still acted the same way.
I went ahead and mapped on of the drives from the win 2k machine to the win 98 machine and that seems to have...
Thanks for the reply.
I did already look into that thought. When I have to power-cycle the router, I usually power cycle the router, wait for the self-test to complete and the WAN connection to become active, then I shut down the PCs wait a minute or so then boot them back up. I still get...
It's a good idea to check with the people in your area. You also might want to check here: http://www.dslreports.com for some reviews and info from other others.

I'm having a problem and hopefully someone can help me. Here's the situation.
I've got three computers hooked up through a Netgear RT314 router. Two desktops (Win 98se and Win 2K pro) and laptop (win 98se). All three are running DHCP with the router as the DHCP 'server'.
Whenever I power...
That explains things.....I was wondering what that low rumble was and there wasn't a cloud in the sky.
When's the next demo session??

I've got the KV-27FV17 and from across the room, the thing does look black. Up close or with the room lights in 'torch' mode, it has a 'cool' dark grey look to it.
Are there any issues or concerns plugging a TV into a UPS? I'm not talking about the entire theater setup. Just the TV and maybe the DirecTV box. It would either be a 50inch Toshiba or a 27inch Wega.
Thanks,

I'm actually using a combo box (DirecTivo) so it doesn't give me an option as to what quality to use. I think it always records at the highest quality.

Jake,
I've done it a couple times but the video comes out very pixelated.
I go from the Tivo into an ATI TV Wonder card on my PC. Then use a combination of Xing Mpeg Encoder and Adaptec Easy CD Creator to make the VideoCD. It works and the audio sounds very good. The video on the other hand...
