    Norman Lloyd Dead at 106

The guy was still pretty funny in Trainwreck when he was a young man of 101.

    Whatever it takes.

How are you dealing with life now with the Covid-19 virus situation?

Generally, I get one or two colds over the winter and I had zero this year. I've seen a number of other people say the same thing so as much as I dislike having to wear a mask, I will also say that was a welcome benefit.

How are you dealing with life now with the Covid-19 virus situation?

I think I'd be more bothered by masks if I was better looking.

    Weekly RoundUp 5-11-2021

I'll pick up Fast Times At Ridgemont High and maybe King Kong if I see it on sale at some point. Thanks for the prices, Mike! :)

    Disney+ Loki (2021)

I never look for spoilers but my problem is that when I see a spoiler on a news site or a commercial in my Facebook feed, it's a big one. You'll see a dumbass headline like "*SPOILER*'s Emotional Death" with a picture of a character. To be fair, they didn't tell me who died but they told me...

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Didn't they kill Zoe Saldana in the last one? Never say never but I don't know that they'll off a character in every movie. EDIT: It was Rooker who died in Guardians 2. He wasn't a member of the team so maybe they will off another Guardian in this movie.

Mystery Science Theater 3000 to return!

The Kickstarter is over tomorrow night at 11 PM east. As of right now, they only need $334,000 to hit the $5.5 million needed for 12 episodes so I think we'll be seeing an even dozen new episodes. Joel will be hosting one of the episodes and if they get $5.5 million, he said he'd host two so...

A Few Words About A few words about…™ The Greatest Show on Earth – in Blu-ray

I saw The Exorcist re-release there a couple years before it closed down. Having only been to multiplexes or small art theaters, I was taken aback by being in an old-time movie theater.

Disney+ The Bad Batch (Clone Wars Spinoff) animated series coming to Disney+

Not really. The characters in this series were only in 4 episodes of The Clone Wars. I'd say watch the opener of The Bad Batch and if you dig it, you could go back and watch their Clone Wars episodes (the first 4 episodes of Season 7 of that show) for the sake of completeness.

PSYCHO UNCUT - exactly what is different?

I don't have the disc but I can guarantee it's the same.

Disney+ The Bad Batch (Clone Wars Spinoff) animated series coming to Disney+

This show feels like a really nice extension of The Clone Wars. The opening sequences were great and I expect this to be another excellent animated series from LFL. Ohhh, I hate you Crosshair! *shakes fist* Though I imagine that his loyalty to the Empire will set up some nice drama for the life...

Why is There No Talk of a Terminator 3 UHD Blu-ray?

Howard The Duck is a bad 80's movie so it's definitely got a cult following but one large enough that makes it worth selling a UHD disc? That seems like a stretch to me unless they're hoping that they can get Marvel movie fans to pick it up. That also seems like a stretch to me.

Why is There No Talk of a Terminator 3 UHD Blu-ray?

That's basically my guess as well. However, it seems to me that Cameron gets involved when the movies are coming to disc hell or high water. They're doing an Alien box set- Cameron works on Aliens. The Terminator or T2 is getting released on DVD or Blu-ray because there's a new Terminator movie-...

UHD Review A Few Words About A few words about...™ Speed-- in 4k UHD Blu-ray

Have there been any disc releases of movies where the Fox logo has been replaced yet? The closest that I'm aware of is that the first 6 Star Wars movies didn't have the Fox logo for their digital release but they didn't replace it with the Disney one and the most recent discs still had the Fox logo.

Criterion Press Release: Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982) (Blu-ray)

I assume it's just back ordered. Since it's Amazon, I'm sure that Criterion will pretty quickly replenish their supply so it won't take until June.
