I can't answer that because there are too many unknown variables here. I don't know the difference in prices here. I also don't know how comfortable you are with tracking down or creating and printing art for the case. But I'm also one more concerned about the discs and content than packaging.

You can always buy new replacement cases. If you get the plastic case now, you can just swap out the artwork. With the other case, you'll have to figure out a way to get custom art.
